    Well… He’s right insofar as the number of heartbeats that a human has during his lifetime is not infinite. His implication that the number is set from the beginning is rather obviously wrong, or exercise would shorten your lifespan, and the best you could do for your longevity would be to lie in bed and move as little as possible. Okay, so I may be a bit too much of a literalist here, but I bet that there are better quotes out there about not wasting your time. Also, to but “wasting time into perspective:
    “Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.”
