On close examination…

So I had my first exam in 5 years today. I think it went rather well. It’s amazing what information comes back to you when you’re sat in an exam room. I think it went pretty well. In fact, I’m pretty confident I did quite well. I’m certain I’ve at least passed, but then — if I haven’t, I should probably be rethinking studying at postgraduate level. But that’s just crazy talk. So for now, I’m just going to have to await the results.
It was nice being able to concentrate on just 2 subjects for a set of exams though. Easier, more relaxed, a lot more fun. Plus, it means that instead of waiting to see if I passed, I’m waiting to see how well I did!

Anyway, now that part’s over, the fun really begins… Soon it’ll be stellar spectroscopy time!
